Volunteers are the lifeblood of the Corvallis Fall Festival! We cannot thank them enough. Volunteering for Corvallis Fall Festival is positive and rewarding time-well-spent.

Our volunteers’ efforts help bring the community together to celebrate the arts, and we have a lot of fun making it all happen.

To sign up for volunteer shifts for the 2018 Corvallis Fall Festival, visit our Sign-Up Genius page or scroll this page for details on specific assignments.

Corvallis Fall Festival seeks volunteers for September 2018

Facilities Set-up/Break-Down:

A great cardio-strengthening workout in disguise. Help with set up on Friday or tear down on Sunday evening.

Corvallis Fall Festival Event Volunteers

Art Booth Sitting:

Get an insider’s view while you booth sit for artists,  giving them a much needed break throughout both Saturday and Sunday of the festival weekend.

Friday Artists Check-In and Park Traffic Control:

Although there is a ton of action that takes place on Saturday and Sunday of the festival, we need just as much help from our volunteers on Friday as we welcome artists to Central Park! We are looking for helpful individuals who would like to help check artist in at our gazebo and direct them through the park to their assigned booth area.

Fall Festival Merchandise Sales & Information Booth:

Answer festival questions, help patrons find a specific artist and sell Fall Festival merchandise using an Ipad to process credit cards.

Hospitality Tent:

Early morning coffee and snacks are provided for artists and volunteers. We need help setting up, restocking and tearing down throughout Saturday and Sunday morning.

Bicycle Valet:

Help us facilitate a lower impact Fall Festival as we allow attendees to bike to the festival. Link for sign up to come.

General Park Management:

Help keep Fall Festival clean! We need volunteers to work in pairs to help wipe down food court tables and pick up any trash that might accumulate throughout the festival area. This is also a great opportunity to mix and mingle with the crowds as you maintain order in Central Park.

Place No parking signs and put out neighborhood reminders:

This is an opportunity to help on Tuesday, Sept. 18th in the evening with some of the set-up for the festival.

If you belong to an organization that would like to donate their time to volunteering in a group setting, please contact us via email at director@corvallisfallfestival.org or at our office by calling 541.752.9655 for more information.
